FAQ

Prerequisites

AOS participants should be asphalt paving business owners or key decision-makers with access to company financial and operational data. Basic business management experience and willingness to implement/alter new systems are essential. No specific technical qualifications required.

Support system

AOS will provide resources including templates, reference materials, expert guidance, checklists, and peer networking. Participants get direct access to instructors, a private community forum, and ongoing support through 2026. The program includes Live Classes, Q&A, and self-paced learning tools.

Expected results

Participants will develop data-driven systems for finances, operations, sales, and management. Key outcomes include improved profit margins, operational efficiency, team performance, and strategic planning capabilities. This program is not designed as an all-encompassing, end-to-end system for complete asphalt business functionality. We believe this task takes years of education, trial-and-error, and systems customization for each business. Our goal is to provide foundational, practical tools and processes that allow business owners to understand better the foundational aspects of owning and operating an asphalt paving business to best prepare them in the offseason for successful 2026 implementation.

Implementation timeline

The program follows a structured progression from foundational concepts to advanced strategies.  The early weeks will focus on essential systems, building to comprehensive business improvements by course end. The timeline aligns with typical United States off-season planning (winter) to prepare for spring 2026 implementation.
